Setup Customer Portal
You may manage your Scoop Savers service by activating your client portal once your initial cleanup is scheduled.
Setup Payment Method
Prior to services being rendered, all billing takes place on the first of every month. You can use a credit/debit card or bank account to set up automatic payments. Scoop Savers will create your invoice and email you a receipt as soon as auto pay is configured. The customer portal also displays these records. You will be dropped from the service schedule if payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month.

Arrival Notification
A text message informing you that your technician is expected to arrive in 30 to 60 minutes will be sent to you if you opt to receive notifications. Since Scoop Savers optimizes every route the night before to cut down on trip time and help keep expenses down, we are unable to guarantee precise arrival times.
We only ask that customers have easy access to the cleaning areas and that no violent dogs be left outside in the yard during service hours; they are not required to be at home.
Yard Cleaning
After your Scoop Technician arrives, they will start cleaning up all of the dog waste. Scoop Savers employees will always visit your yard several times to make sure it is as clean as possible and are taught to travel a certain route to reduce the possibility of missing any pet waste.
Safety Measures
To ensure that no pets escape the yard, your scoop technician will upload a picture of your gate closed after your yard is poop-free. To stop the transmission of disease, they will also use an organic kennel-grade disinfectant to clean all of their scooping equipment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on where you live, the Scoop Technician will pack up all of the pet waste bags and either remove them from the property or put them in your trash can after all the safety precautions have been taken.
